ReplayPip: retrospective EUR/USD replay exercise, recorded 7 November 2026 Source: stored HistData bid prices; five-minute candles. UTC timestamps label candle openings, not the time the close was known. The recorded dataset revision is 3fbea561-69c4-4511-8764-01c43444de4f. Rule A1: begin at the candle labelled 09:00 UTC. Enter one long at the first revealed bullish close (close > open), including 10:00. No qualifying candle means no trade. Size 0.10 standard lots. Stop 10 pips; target 20 pips; no adjustments or second trade. If still open, close at the close of the twelfth subsequent five-minute candle. A missing candle makes this fixed-clock exercise incomplete, not a shorter synthetic holding period. Block 1: 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 September 2025. Results: +4.30, +7.70, +6.00, +1.80, +6.50 USD gross. Block 2: 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 September. Results: +10.80, +16.50, -3.40, +7.00, -0.40 USD gross. All ten exits were Manual. No selected window was incomplete or lacked a signal. Selection disclosure: the published 17 September case was already known. Block 2 was added after block 1 produced five gross gains, to find a losing teaching example. The 24 September case was selected after comparing block 2 and reproduced in the local UI. Both protocols and all outcomes are retained; this is not independent or untouched out-of-sample validation. The five-minute bars were exported read-only from the application's stored minute aggregation and checked using the same trade ledger as the chart. Ten-session batch calculations were scripted; the 24 September loss was also reproduced in the UI. A discarded UI rehearsal closed one candle early; the published captures and the final checked ledger use the declared 12-candle exit. No rehearsal result is substituted into the CSV. Illustrative costs are invented, not broker quotes: 1.5 pips aggregate spread at 1 USD/pip + 0.70 USD round-trip commission + 3.00 USD combined adverse slippage = 5.20 USD per completed trade. The adjusted column subtracts that assumption only; it does not reconstruct bid/ask fills or order triggering. No financing is included in this same-day arithmetic example. Simulation is not actual trading. Costs, liquidity, leverage, margin, financing and execution can differ. No profitability, loss limit or win rate is promised. Structural checks do not independently verify the provider's prices. Dataset revisions may change later replays. The files contain documented application observations, not private user records. https://replaypip.com/blog/test-one-setup-multiple-sessions https://replaypip.com/blog/losing-eurusd-replay-case-study https://replaypip.com/blog/trading-costs-backtest-results https://replaypip.com/data-and-methodology
